Fantastic News from the Argyll & Bute Awards ceremony which took place last night in Helensburgh, with Help’s Community Taskforce winning the Youth Environment Award!!

This fantastic event was all about ‘Celebrating Youth Achievement in Argyll & Bute’, with inspirational stories being shared throughout the night.

The Youth Environment Award, sponsored by ACT, was won by our very own Community Taskforce, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Help’s Community Taskforce is a group of young people who learn skills, gain work experience and qualifications, while making environmental improvements within the local community. All of the projects they have taken on have been chosen to help make improvements in the local area, and support elderly residents, while giving the young people a sense of ownership and pride in their home town.

Congratulations to all of the nominees for the various awards throughout the night, congratulations to all the various award winners, and finally a huge congratulations to our very own Community Taskforce!!
